Why is no one updating this app

The app continues to foreclose every single time I open it. It continues to show books that I have never seen in my life and putting them in my shelf. The must frustrating thing about this, is that their e-textbook continue to fail or their website stops working too.You would think that with all the money Pearson takes from students, they would have at least a decent application that works properly. Thank you Pearson for taking my money and give me something that is very inconvenient. Hire some people to continue updating the app to fix all the bug and listen to your customers, or at least give me the option to download the book to my mobile or laptop so I dont have to depend on you.
